Depending on available inventory and the specific item ordered, we may fulfill and ship your package either from our fulfillment centers in Europe or from our partner warehouse in Hong Kong.

We offer a 14 business days return and exchange policy starting from the day of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
